I stayed here for 5 nights. The location was indeed excellent, close enough to the main resorts by car or public transport.

The bed was a little hard, or I was just lucky.

Lovely bed. A walk-in shower, shower facilities, a hairdryer, and a bidet available. Setting very close to beach, public transport, and the main shopping area.

Such touches as an electric kettle, a microwave oven, and air conditioner were useful. It had a private bathroom. We liked the good location very close to taxi to reception, the main shopping area and the grounds.

I loved the beautiful gardens and cozy terrace where I could relax and enjoy the vibrant colors of the flowers. As a senior person, I appreciated the hotel's accessibility, with ramps and handrails in place to make my stay comfortable and safe.

It would have been better if the children working there had been more attentive to the needs of senior guests. Perhaps they could have offered assistance or provided additional amenities specially designed for older individuals.

Enjoyed the lively nightlife with never-ending bars. Hacienda Playa offered a refreshing escape with its outdoor pool and air-conditioned apartments. The property had nice gardens and a pool, perfect for soaking up the sun.

Oh, how I loved having to pay extra for cleaning only upon arrival and departure. So convenient!

Wifi services were difficult to access.

The location of the hotel is great, as it is very close to the beach. Guests have mentioned that Nikki Beach is just around the corner, and there is also a supermarket within walking distance. The swimming pool is well maintained and clean.

Some guests have mentioned that the key pickup and drop off process was not convenient, as it required a 10-minute walk from the reception to the apartment.

We recently stayed at Hacienda Playa in Elveria and had a wonderful time. Our purpose of travel was to relax and enjoy some downtime, and the hotel provided the perfect setting for it. The property was immaculate throughout, with clean and crisp bedding that made for a comfortable stay. The caretaker was fantastic and made check-in a breeze. We also appreciated the peace and quiet of the location, as we come to this area of Elveria every year. we were delighted with our stay at Hacienda Playa.

The pool and gardens were soooo amazing, I had to go all the way there to lay out in the sun because there were no sun beds at my apartment. The kitchen was also great, with absolutely nothing in it, so I had to buy everything myself. Incredible experience!

Just loved waiting over an hour for my keys because reception was at another place, and the fact that there was only one small towel per person for 5 days. So thoughtful!
